Dottie Klein

I’m the owner and manager of Rivertown Yoga. I have been teaching exercise classes for 35 years and physical fitness such as aerobics, running and weight lifting, but due to injuries over a period of time I found myself unable to do the things I loved. After shoulder injuries and surgery, I turned to yoga to enhance my recovery. I found a new passion that I was able to do without any impact. My desire to learn more about yoga brought me to the mat where I have found my passion and my life’s work to help others. My yoga teacher taught me that, “no matter what your injuries, ability or age, yoga is for every body.” Yoga has taught me to look at life differently and to accept changes more easily. Yoga has given me a unique perspective into teaching other with injuries, and the ability to teach the benefits if yoga. I would love for everyone to come and see what Rivertown Yoga has to offer.

Lynne McFall

Movement has always been a big part of Lynne’s life. At the age of three she started participating in dance and gymnastics falling in love with the physical aspect.In 2014 she attended her first yoga class excited for a fun new way to workout. Walking out of her first class she felt spiritually connected to her teacher, her classmates and herself. She knew she was hooked. She decided that day to make yoga a permanent part of her everyday life.In 2016 she received her first certification in Boulder, Colorado for a 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Training. Shortly after her first training she decided to enroll in a 25 hour Kids yoga training.

Lynne is now an internationally trained yoga instructor. She has taken courses in Barcelona, Spain and in Rishikesh, India. Lynne is trained in all multiple styles of movement and yoga, hatha, aerial arts, yoga trapeze, ashtanga, and vinyasa. In Lynne’s yoga classes she likes to combine breath work with body movements, teaching the students to create space in the mind and in the body. Mixing traditional yoga poses and her own creative flow makes for a unique class every single time. Every class of Lynne’s in designed for EVERY BODY.

Ashley Lovorn

As a certified yoga teacher with the internationally recognized Yoga Alliance, Ashley Lovorn earned her RYT 200 hour certification through Yoga in Common in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. As a classically trained ballet enthusiast, she enjoys yoga styles that offer expressive movement. Ashley’s Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communication is an asset in teaching yoga and she welcomes all levels of ability. Lauren Calloway

Looking back at my life, yoga was something I did naturally as a child without even knowing what it was.Jumping ahead to my early twenties, I began my meditation practice by spending many nights alone on a pier learning to silence my mind and connect to my inner self. A few years later in my mid-twenties I was introduced to the asana practice through a workout program. It started with a daily practice of one posture and slowly progressed to over ten postures a day.

A year and a half into my home practice I visited Inlet Yoga. After just a few classes, I knew I was home and after a few months later, decided to attend their 200 hour Teacher Training. As a newly certified instructor my intention is to help people of all shapes and sizes find peace and love for themselves on and off the mat.
