Dottie

Dottie Klein is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher with over 3,500 hours of teaching experience across a wide range of age groups. With a strong background in physical fitness, including aerobics, running, and weight training, her path to yoga began through injury and recovery.

After undergoing shoulder surgeries and later knee replacements, Dottie turned to yoga as a low-impact way to heal and rebuild strength. What began as a recovery tool quickly became a passion and ultimately her life’s work. Her journey gives her a unique ability to support students navigating injuries, limitations, or physical challenges.

Dottie’s classes are accessible, encouraging, and rooted in the belief that yoga is for every body—regardless of age, experience, or ability. She brings a compassionate and practical approach to her teaching, helping students build strength, improve mobility, and feel more confident in their bodies.

In addition to her yoga training, Dottie is a certified Aqua Yoga and Chair Yoga instructor, SilverSneakers instructor, personal trainer, and CPR/AED certified.

You’ll find Dottie creating a supportive and welcoming environment where students can move safely, grow stronger, and enjoy the many benefits of yoga.

Rose Murphy is an E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 certified yoga instructor who has been teaching since 2014. She completed her 200-hour and advanced 300-hour training under the guidance of renowned teacher Jason Crandell.

Before transitioning into yoga full time, Rose spent 30 years working as a healthcare administrator in long-term and mental health care. Her background brings a deep sense of compassion, understanding, and real-world connection into her teaching.

Rose’s classes are rooted in Hatha Flow, Alignment, and Yin, offering a balance of mindful movement and steady, intentional holds. She is passionate about continued learning, regularly attending trainings focused on anatomy and alignment to better support her students.

Her teaching encourages students to meet themselves where they are while gently moving beyond limitations. Rose believes that the challenges we face on the mat help us navigate life off the mat with more ease, humor, and compassion.

You’ll find Rose creating a welcoming space where students can feel better in their bodies—and stay to feel better in their minds.

She spent three years training with a teacher at her local Hindu temple, deepening her understanding of yoga’s spiritual foundations. Her work blends movement, energy awareness, and intuitive guidance to create a deeply restorative and transformative experience.

After years as the owner of an award-winning cupcake shop in Pennsylvania, Rebecca felt called to shift her path following COVID and fully dedicate herself to helping others heal, reconnect, and rediscover their inner balance and true potential.

Her classes are calming, meditative, and intuitively led, designed to help students slow down, release stress, and return to themselves.

She is passionate about teaching and regularly leads workshops focused on understanding energy, self-awareness, and personal growth. Lisa

Gianna

Lisa is a licensed massage therapist and 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher who began her training in New York. Early in her career, she taught at a massage school where she created her signature Aroma-Restore class, blending restorative yoga with the healing benefits of aromatherapy.

After relocating to San Diego in 2012, Lisa deepened her personal practice in Ashtanga and Vinyasa while continuing her work in massage therapy. During the COVID years, she transformed her hands-on experience into thoughtfully designed, creative flow sequences that challenge both the body and the mind.

Her classes are playful, supportive, and growth-focused, often building toward a peak pose while incorporating all limbs of yoga. Lisa offers optional inversions and arm balances for those looking to expand their practice and move beyond fear.

You can find Lisa in Conway sharing her passion for yoga and massage with the community or spending time with her family.

Favorite Class: Vinyasa / Power Flow

Gianna is a certified yoga teacher in Hatha and Vinyasa with over five years of personal practice. She began her yoga journey while studying Psychology at Coastal Carolina University, initially drawn to the practice as a way to manage anxiety and better understand the mind-body connection.

What started as a personal tool quickly evolved into something deeper, offering her a sense of balance, clarity, and connection both on and off the mat. After graduating, Gianna followed her passion to Bali, Indonesia, where she completed her yoga teacher training—an experience that continues to shape her perspective and teaching style.

Her classes are uplifting, supportive, and focused on helping students build confidence, find balance, and reconnect with themselves. Gianna creates a welcoming space where students can explore both the physical and mental benefits of yoga at their own pace.
